"The structure of this hotel is quite recent and the area, although a bit peripheral, is served by public transport and the metro. The Vitosha Park Hotel has a very welcoming and finely furnished lobby with a well-stocked bar but inexperienced staff with poor knowledge of the English language. In fact, although we appreciated the willingness to meet our needs, communication was never easy. The services offered by the structure are many, including an indoor swimming pool, a tool room and a spa, however, the cleanliness of the rooms and rooms, especially the bathrooms, should be improved. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a good Wi-Fi signal and the nights pass peacefully and silently. However, maintenance of the rooms should be done more frequently and carefully given that in ours there was a problem with the functioning of the hairdryer, a burned out light bulb and a missing mirror. As if that wasn't enough, a small misadventure also happened to us: upon returning in the evening from a day spent visiting Sofia we found the room still in disarray as the property had had problems with one of the maids. As there were no staff available to clean and tidy up the room, they suggested we move to another on the same floor. We accepted but this certainly does not speak in favor of the hotel. Among the few positive notes is the breakfast buffet which is full of sweet and savory options. All things considered, I can't say that I would stay at the Vitosha Park Hotel again."

"This is a new hotel with private parking. The decor is simple yet stylish, and the atmosphere is vibrant from the moment you step inside. I checked in on Friday night and enjoyed a three-course dinner with local wines at the restaurant. The restaurant has an open kitchen, is very clean and spacious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and energetic. This was my first hotel stay in Bulgaria, and it truly represents the country and leaves a great impression on visitors. After dinner, I went to the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere with a live DJ, reasonably priced drinks, and was still very lively. Please provide the English version of the above to see if there are any optimization suggestions. This new hotel features a private parking lot and is designed with a minimalist, stylish aesthetic that creates a vibrant atmosphere from the moment you enter. I checked in on a Friday evening and enjoyed a three-course dinner at the hotel restaurant, paired with excellent local wine. The open kitchen was spacious and impeccably clean, and all the staff members were exceptionally friendly and energetic. As my first accommodation in Bulgaria, this hotel truly represented the country's ability to leave a wonderful impression on visitors. After dinner, I visited the rooftop bar, which had a fantastic vibe with a live DJ and reasonably priced drinks—keeping the energetic mood going late into the night."

Staff extremely friendly and spoke English which helped as I didn’t speak any Bulgarian. Rooms are clean and pretty large for a 3 star hotel. Comfy beds, extremely efficient cleaning of rooms. Lovely smoking area garden and the hotel is in a great location for transport links or a short walk to city centre. 100% would stay here again if I come back to Sofia!"
